These are the settings used by Serbusfish as posted on the MordorHQ forums.

This page lists some popular community settings which you can import into BF3 Colour Tweaker. These are settings put together by individual people in the Battlefield community.
If the author of the settings has given them out using the text sharing format introduced with BF3 Colour Tweaker 2.0, then you can simply copy and paste this text into the "Import Settings" dialog. Otherwise, you will need to manually enter their settings into BF3 Colour Tweaker.

These are CraterQ's settings for Back to Karkand, and they are intended to produce visuals which closely match those of BF2.
A beautiful cinematic makeover for Ziba Tower. These settings really bring out the colours well, making it perfect for video recordings. However, the changes might be a bit too strong for regular playing.
These are the settings used by tehfusion on his popular Battlefield 3 - Death Valley lighting comparison video on YouTube. These settings average out the lighting components, removing the blue tint whilst keeping the actual light level the same.
An extremely dark Death Valley. EmptyBox007's video shows how this really makes IRNV useful and fun. However, players using these settings will probably find themselves at a disadvantage.
